Introduction: Below, I present my May 2018 open to the public-segment of my online letter to my Rainbow family relatives. The full online letter, in conjunction with previous related letters, call for my Rainbow family relatives to come to Wahkon, Minnesota and form into a kinship tribal community that would/will usher in a new age and new world order. Revelation 10-1: Then I saw another powerful angel [In the Bible the word "angel" sometimes refers to a human messenger.] come down from heaven [The "angel's," or human messenger's, message came down from heaven.]... there was a rainbow over his head....[he said:] (7.) There will be no more delay [The end-time plan is announced.]....God’s secret plan will be fulfilled, as he had announced to his servants, the prophets.” (3.) and he [the "angel" or I] gave a loud shout like the roar of a lion. When he shouted, the voices of the seven thunders spoke.

Dear fellow relatives of the extended Mr. & Mrs. I.C. Rainbow Family,

Greetings! I am writing this letter to inform you that more evidence has recently come to light revealing more-so the authenticity of my long-standing prophecy about our Rainbow family having a most glorious mission. It is a mission to usher in a new age wherein humanity will be united and liberated. God's divine plan is unfolding and we are being called by Jesus to participate in the most glorious way. Until recently my brother, Tim, thought my vision for our family was a very grandiose pipe dream. Now things are different, he sees it as a possibility. And he also believes that if things continue to unfold as they have been our family will come together and fulfill its mission.

In this open online letter to my Rainbow family relatives I present, here, a partial paragraph that is complete in the full letter. A part of the full paragraph reads: The Circle is the Native American newspaper of Minnesota, covering Native issues, culture and arts for 35 years. It recently posted a peaceful cultural-revolutionary article of mine titled Healing The Dakota's Painful Wounds of Genocide. This paragraph in the full letter presents a linked to an article of mine titled Indigenous Peoples' Rights Advocate | Initiatives & Accomplishments. This paragraph in the full letter also presents information about two world-wide, internationally renowned environmentalists who recently began corresponding with me and how the support from one of them fulfilled a three decades old prophecy of mine.

I recently mailed this letter [the full letter] out to members of our Rainbow family. The last time I mailed a letter to members of our Rainbow family, a rainbow appeared over the village of Wahkon. And soon after mailing the above letter [the full letter] to several members of our Rainbow family this same sign of a rainbow appearing in the sky over Wahkon occurred again.
